as of 21 September 2026Where Agoro Road lives
Every place the road is played, reserved, entered or talked about — and the honest state of each. One list, kept with the build log, that every other page and post is written from.
Live means you can use it today. In preparation means we are working on it now and will name the date here first. Planned means it is on the roadmap and nothing exists yet. Not yet means exactly that — we do not claim it.

Rewards in design
Four things we are designing for backers. None is priced or promised yet; each becomes a line on the editions page when it is settled.
Your name on the bricks
A pledge puts a backer's name on a brick of the road itself, where every player walks past it.
Founders' names, on the site and in the game
Founder's backers are named on the supporter page and inside the game, not only in a credits scroll.
You, or your design, on the road
A traveller made from a backer's photographs or from a design they own. Each one needs a signed licence for the specific use, and some assets we will have to decline.
Figurines printed to order
A 10 cm traveller takes two to three hours on the studio printer, which is what sets how many physical rewards a wave can carry.
What funding unlocks
If Agoro Road funds, the same small studio finishes these next. Labelled as they stand today: one is playable, one is concept only.
Agoro Camp
The camp builder set on Camp Afric in Portugal. Its top-down build is playable today; funding turns it into a finished game.
The over-the-shoulder camp
The same camp at ground level, walked in third person. Concept work exists; nothing is built.
The full road
Every region of Agoro Road, on iOS, Android, Windows and Mac, co-op included — the 2027 launch on the roadmap.
It is generated from the same status file as the build log, so a state changes in one place. Where something is not claimed here, it is because it does not exist yet.
